The Panel of Consultants consists of Experts / Professionals on very important subjects concerning the industrial activities. |

These consultants are selected on chosen subjects as and when necessary. For the initial appointment on the panel, Executive Committee's approval is necessary. |

Letter of appointment is given thereafter. This is only for new appointments. Consultants appointed earlier are requested by the President to get their consent for continuance during his term. |

The important conditions of such appointment is to request the consultant concerned to guide our members in general for the related problem concerning him. A Member can seek his guidance on phone after identifying himself as the Association Member. |

Once he gets general guidance and still the matter requires further clarification, he seeks an appointment with the concerned consultant and meets him for further discussion. No payment is made at this juncture. |

If the consultant is further requested by the Member concerned to appear on his behalf or take up the issue in writing, he has to pay reasonable charges as may be necessary. Such services,are not free. |

If any reply is also to be given to Show Cause Notice or any Penal action, the consultant has to be paid his fees. Our request to them is to charge our members reasonable fees. |

When we convene a meeting of Panel of Consultants on related subjects, they offer their services without any charge. |
